While we encourage education, we also beleive there is a great need for lifelong learning in all communities. New approaches, knowledge, and information is being developed and applied at a faster pace than ever before in human history. Residents of distressed communties need access to that fast-paced change in information.
Etcetera places emphasis on excelling in K - 12 and college education, as well as two areas for training and learning -- "how to live" and "how to earn a living."
